Whole Pathway Scope (WPS) - Demo
   
The following Application Demonstrations require a minimum screen/monitor resolution of 1024 X 768 and the Flash Animation plug-in for your browser. Each presentation will open in its own window. Simply close the new window when you are finished viewing it.

 

Select Demo to view online:
  1. Overall Demo
  2. Convert a dataset file to a CRI file
  3. Create a PSCP file
  4. Create a WSCP File
  5. Load a CRI file to color a PSCP file
  6. Load a CRI file to color a WSCP file
  7. Load multiple CRI files to color a PSCP file
  8. Refer to WPS Help File
  9. Search PSCP files that contain the selected gene
 
The same Application Demonstrations are available as ZIP files if you prefer to download them and view them later. These also require a minimum screen resolution of 1024 X 768 and the Flash Animation plug-in for your browser. After downloading the selected file(s), unzip the file(s) to a location of your choice and then double click on the file ending in .html to view the demonstration.
